The Academy of Management and Administration in Opole is a non-state educational institution, listed at number 100 in the Register of Private Universities of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The Academy was founded in 1996 as the first private university in Opole. The educational institution operates on the basis of the Higher Education Act. The Academy of Management and Administration in Opole offers training in 1st degree (Undergraduate degree), 2nd degree (Graduate degree), and the uniform master’s program. The university offers full-time and part-time studies.
The educational institution offers degrees in the following field of study: management, pedagogy, logistics, special pedagogy, primary school, and preschool pedagogy. Students from abroad have been studying at the Academy of Management and Administration in Opole for many years. In recent years, The Academy has registered students from all around the globe.
The educational institution not only admits students from abroad but also provides additional supports through:
- creation of a separate office for foreign students, where assistance and information is provided both for studies and other issues related to the stay of foreigners in Poland
- conducting Polish language courses for foreigners; organization of trips, meetings, cultural events for foreigners
- placement of foreign students in the university dormitory
